Ask a question

What accounting software do you use?

We work mainly in QuickBooks Online and can support other systems. If you don't have software yet, we help you choose and set it up.

How often will I get financial statements?

Most clients receive monthly statements. Smaller businesses may prefer quarterly reporting.

Can you catch up books that are behind?

Yes. We regularly bring books current for prior months or years before starting monthly service.

Do you file Florida sales tax returns?

Yes. We can prepare and file DR-15 returns monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on your filing frequency.

Will my bookkeeper know my business?

Yes. You'll work with a consistent team, so you're not explaining your business to someone new every month.

Do you offer Small Business Accounting & Bookkeeping outside Florida?

Yes. Our office is in Doral, Florida, and we work with clients across the United States and abroad through secure uploads, phone and video meetings and e-signatures. South Florida clients are welcome to meet with us in person.
